Terms Of Services

Raggy’s transport is booking based so will not always have exact date and time till 3 days before trip is due to commence so please be patient and times may change due to other bookings or delays.

All animals are given water,exercised and toilet every 2 hours and are fed once a day unless younger then 6 months old they will be fed more often but small amounts to prevent any upset tummies.

Food is provided by transport but if after a specific brand or dietary requirements, that will need to be provided by the person

Payment

  • Option 1 : can be done via bank transfer (witch will need to be paid in full the day before trip is commenced )
  • Option 2 : cash is accepted but must have full an correct amount on pick up (driver dose not carry change )

To book must fill out a form via website raggyspettransport.com.au and a 10% deposit must be made (unless payment is done by cash ) Invoices will be sent out with each job (unless cash )

If it is not paid in full by its due date there is an additional $25 charge for each day till paid. If you are under the following conditions there will be extra charges.

  • Animal is on heat Not hand-able (aggressive) 
  • Pregnant Running late by 30 min this is (with reason ) 
  • Taking hired crate (crate will be added to the bill )

 

Any vet care that needs to happen within the trip will be taken care of by Raggy’s pet transport unless proven by vet it happened before it boarded then it is up to the client that organised transport to pay the vet bill ! Raggy’s pet transport takes no obligation to any vet work after the animal is handed over to new owner !!!

Please allow 1.5 hrs on each side of the rough time given if a drastic change happens, the driver will do there best to keep updated.
